Our Roast hams are boiled and then roasted and glazed to finish; all of this is done by our dedicated team in Herefordshire.
Our glaze is made from demerara brown sugar, mustard and honey adding colour, flavour and texture to your baked ham. The bone has been removed making your ham easier to carve. Leftovers (if there are any!), make the most beautiful ham sandwich.
