We have take the tastiest piece of chicken, a boneless thigh, and marinated it in a garlic and butter sauce. The garlic and herb butter makes for the perfect combination with sweet, flavoursome thigh meat. This versatile joint can be cooked slowly in the oven, or is just as well cooked on the barbecue.

This free range chicken is supplied by Creedy Carver who have specialised in producing the finest Free Range Duck and Chicken for over 30 years with a reputation for great flavour and a high meat yield. The concept is the same now as it has always been, to produce great tasting poultry with a huge emphasis on bird welfare and sustainable farming.
Pre-heat the oven to 180c.
Pop the chicken thighs into a baking dish.
Place the baking dish in the oven and cook for 25 – 30 minutes (depending on the size of the thighs).
or to cook on the barbecue
Pre-heat you barbecue to a medium temperature.
Place the chicken thighs flat on the barbecue and cook for approximately 20 minutes, turning regularly. The outside should be lightly charred which will add to the flavour.
Remove from the oven/barbecue and check a few piece of the chicken to ensure it is thoroughly cooked.
