This raw and unpasteurised apple cider vinegar is made from 300 year-old untouched Herefordshire apple orchards – a humble home to 48 varieties of apples.
During its production there is no waste , with any unused pulp going to an anaerobic digester which turns it into natural fertiliser for the orchards.
