Contact Is there a minimum order? No, we do not currently have a minimum order. What are the delivery charges? There is charge of £6.50 for next day delivery (UK Mainland Only). If you would like to a delivery outside of the UK Mainland, please contact us for a cost estimate. Where do you deliver to? We deliver to the whole of the UK Mainland. Can I track my order? Once your order has been dispatched, our courier will issue you with a tracking code (via email) which you can use to track your order. How will my order arrive? Your order will be carefully packaged in a cardboard box. Inside you will find your produce protected with packing straw along with an ice pack. Not only does it keep everything chilled, it’s also completely natural and great for the environment. When will I receive my order? Nationwide Delivery All of our shipping is next day delivery, providing the order is made before 10am Monday to Thursday. Orders placed after 10am on Thursday will be dispatched on the following Monday, for delivery on Tuesday. If, for any reason, we are unable to fulfil next day delivery we will notify you. Local Delivery (within 10 miles of our Bromyard Shop) We aim to make local deliveries the next day, providing the order is made before 10am Monday to Friday. However, in some cases it may take two days depending upon where the delivery is to. Can I specify a delivery date? Yes just write a little note in the “Additional Information” box at checkout and we’ll make the arrangements. When contacting us about an existing order, please have the order number, or postcode, available. Do I receive confirmation of my order? Yes, once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. If you have not received an email, please check your “junk” folder as sometime it’s make it way there. Where do you source your meat? We work closely with a number of local farmers, who have supplied us for a number of years and who with we have built close relationships. You can find out more about some of our suppliers here. Is your meat fresh? Unless specified, everything is provided fresh so that you have the choice of eating your order right away, or freezing.
